Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

GLW Studio (operated by Winslow Pacific) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

How to request a refund

Email us at hi@winslowpacific.com from the address on your account, or message us from inside your Winslow Intake dashboard. Include the date of your purchase and we'll process the refund right away — no forms, no back-and-forth.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Outside of the 30-day money-back window, we generally don't refund subscription fees that have already been charged for the current period. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If you believe your situation warrants an exception (for example, an extended outage on our side or a billing error), email us — we review these case by case and will make it right where appropriate.
